Josip and Mia are in a relationship: he abuses her both verbally and physically, even though she is pregnant. During an argument, Josip pushes Mia through a plate-glass door and, ignoring her injuries, carries on shouting at her. A pizza delivery boy interrupts them, and while Josip is distracted, Mia grabs her chance and runs away. Josip blackmails Mia into returning to the apartment. There he subjects her to more of the same torment. Their fight is interrupted by the ringtone of a cell phone. A sound whose associations for Josip could explain his behaviour...

Dario Lonjak (1987) has been active in filmmaking since elementary school. His amateur short films were shown numerous festivals, where they won many awards. In 2006 he enrolled at the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb, in the department of film and tv directing. His documentary short film Lucky (2008) was screened in competition at ZagrebDox. He has worked as assistant director to renowned directors such as Branko Schmidt on the feature film Metastases (2009) and Kristijan Milić on the short film Champion (2010).
