Tram no. 13 is a tram goes “everywhere and nowhere” as it wanders the streets of Zagreb. This is the tram that was once involved in the biggest tram accident in Zagreb history and the tram most frequently gets derailed. Still, this aged machine nicknamed “Genscher” serves as a mobile hotel for an entire invisible subculture, pushed to the margins during Croatia’s transition to a market economy.
