Roma girls and women from Vodnjan talk about wedding traditions, arranged marriage, and selling and testing virginity. An older Roma woman compares the old and new marriage customs. At the same time, we follow three young girls who go to school, use the internet, and wish to travel and work... But the average teenager's wishes are at odds with their culture. The film focuses on the conflict between reality and expectations, tradition and modernity.
