There are three autonomous and equal bodies presiding over the activities of the Croatian Audiovisual Centre: the Managing Board, the Chief Executive Officer and the Croatian Audiovisual Council. The Board of Directors oversees the general business activities of the Centre and its legal and budgetary compliance. The Director represents the Centre, organises and manages its business activities, while the Croatian Audiovisual Council takes responsibility for its programmes – it invites applications for funding calls and adopts proposals for co-financing audiovisual production and complementary activities.

The Artistic Council suggests production programmes to the Croatian Audiovisual Council, while the Centre’s Departments and Professional Services execute the decisions made by the Centre’s Bodies and implement the National Programme.
